Preply is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a key area of our platform, guiding discovery through delivery and beyond, delivering value to learners and tutors.

You will partner with engineering, design and business teams to build high-impact features, prioritize initiatives, and translate insights into measurable success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Product Management positions, in rapid-growth or evolving environments.
• Ability working with data and metrics, using analytical thinking to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Comfortable being hands-on and collaborative, able to contribute directly to product development while also thinking strategically across the product lifecycle.
• A strong sense of empathy for customers, using deep user understanding to inform and shape product direction.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across teams and bring people along in the decision-making process.
• An eye for good design and user experience, and a desire to help create products that are not just functional but genuinely delightful to use.
• Curiosity about growth challenges across the learner and tutor journey. Experience in marketplaces, subscription products, or growth experimentation is a plus; no specific industry background is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform: from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve the product strategy, and roadmap: aligning broader business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders to set a clear direction.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and the business to build and ship high-impact features.
• Prioritize initiatives effectively: making tough trade-offs, clearly articulate the reasoning behind prioritization, and ensure focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions: design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and dig into data to validate hypotheses.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics: using them to guide learning and continuous iteration.
• Act as the internal champion for your product area: developing deep subject matter expertise and ensuring visibility and understanding of your product’s impact across the company.
• Help shape Preply’s growth by owning product challenges that make a difference for learners, tutors, and our business.
