Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to own transformative initiatives across the business, from improving retention to expanding into new learning categories. You will work with product, marketing, and operations to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will influence senior leaders, translate ambiguity into clear scopes, and lead parallel workstreams while delivering impact across the company. Based in Barcelona or London, with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in high-growth tech or marketplace environments.
• Proven track record owning strategic projects from scope to delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of marketplace dynamics, monetization and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic transformation initiatives end-to-end (3–12 months) with measurable business impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define scope, drive outcomes, and manage risks.
• Produce data-backed narratives for leadership and the board and present findings with confidence.
