Preply is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Growth in London to lead a key area of our platform, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

You will partner with engineering, design, data and business teams, using experiments and user insights to drive rapid learning and measurable impact for learners and tutors.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Management experience in growth or evolving environments.
• Ability to work with data and metrics to inform decisions.
• Hands-on yet strategic across the product lifecycle.

• Curiosity about growth challenges across learner and tutor journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for a key growth area: from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap, aligning goals, customers, data and stakeholders.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and business to build and ship high-impact features.
• Prioritize initiatives effectively with clear rationale and focus on high-leverage opportunities.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions through experiments and user research.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics to guide learning and iteration.
• Act as the internal champion for your product area and elevate its impact across the company.
• Help shape Preply’s growth by owning product challenges for learners, tutors, and the business.
