Axiologik is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead data-driven, outcome-led product initiatives for a diverse client base. You will shape roadmaps, translate insights into strategy, and drive agile delivery with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver value.

This role requires onsite presence in Leeds 1–2 days weekly, with flexible patterns to suit client needs and occasional travel. You will mentor teams, expand capabilities, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building roadmaps and balancing strategic vs tactical decisions.
• Experience using data and analytics to validate decisions and measure outcomes.
• Mastery of agile product management and value stream techniques.
• Ability to manage backlog and requirement prioritisation funnels with stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Experience working closely with engineering, UX, and delivery functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in client-facing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end digital product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimisation within client engagements, owning product-level P&L performance.
• Translate client insight, user needs, and market trends into clear product strategy and roadmaps.
• Prioritise and manage product backlogs using agile methods and value-based decision frameworks.
• Facilitate collaboration across multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Define and track KPIs to assess product health and inform data-driven decisions.
• Run client workshops, discovery activities, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Guide delivery teams to ensure scope and timelines remain aligned.
• Work autonomously delivering high-quality work without supervision.
• Collaborate across Axiologik practices to shape cross-functional offerings.
