Job summary

Axiologik in Leeds is seeking an experienced Architect/technical lead to shape multi-client digital initiatives. You will own architecture and design of defined systems, guiding delivery teams and ensuring alignment with client priorities and governance.

You'll engage stakeholders, communicate technical decisions clearly, and drive agile, product- and platform-centric delivery across regulated environments. Onsite 1–2 days a week with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as an architect or technical designer with client-facing delivery.
• Ability to explain complex decisions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design defined systems and guide delivery teams.
• Produce target architectures and roadmaps for clients.
• Understand business priorities and produce designs accordingly.
• Balance technical, financial and operational factors in proposals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build trust.
