Axiologik is seeking a Senior Architect in Leeds to lead complex, multi-client architecture engagements. You will shape strategic outcomes, guide technology selections, and collaborate with high-level stakeholders to deliver value across AI/ML, cloud, and data domains.

The role emphasizes consulting leadership, enterprise architecture alignment with business priorities, and involvement in bids and client conversations, with onsite office attendance in Leeds.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior architect in multi-client consulting environments.
• Strong outcomes-focused consulting and technology leadership.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, IDAM and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience delivering agile, product- and platform-centric delivery.
• Data practitioner level experience, technical or strategic.
• Background in AI/ML/LLMs with relevant certifications.
• Enterprise architecture aligning to business priorities.
• Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure contexts.
• Contributing to bids/pre-sales and client proposals.
• Degree or professional qualifications relevant to domain.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting analysis and architecture for complex solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to choose delivery approaches.
• Deliver state assessments, options, roadmaps and target architectures.
• Lead technology selection and create platform-level roadmaps.
• Produce models describing architectures for broad audiences.
• Communicate value delivery clearly and simplify complex challenges.
• Ensure security, regulatory and compliance needs are met.
• Understand priorities and craft architectures that fit needs.
• Balance technical, financial and operational factors in plans.
• Support architecture practice development and cross-functional collaboration.
