Job summary

Axiologik is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager in Leeds to lead client engagements from discovery through launch, owning P&L and delivering measurable value. You will translate insights into robust roadmaps, prioritise backlogs with agile methods, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

You will work closely with engineering, UX and delivery functions, run discovery sessions, and track KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Digital product management experience with P&L ownership.
• Experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, dual-track discovery).
• Roadmapping and balancing strategic/tactical work.
• Using data/analytics to validate decisions and measure outcomes.
• Agile product management techniques and value stream mapping familiarity.
• Backlog management and prioritisation in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborates with engineering, architecture, UX and delivery teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in client-facing contexts.
• Facilitates discovery sessions, user research and value proposition development.
• Understanding of digital product design, UX principles and modern tech stacks.
• Able to manage ambiguity in consultancy environments.
• Collaborative with focus on delivering measurable value.
