Job summary

Beamery is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the Data Foundry end to end. You will balance internal data contracts with customer-facing capabilities, partnering with data science and engineering to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll drive data governance and AI-enabled growth across Beamery’s Talent CRM and Workforce Suite. You will collaborate with Sales, Success, and cross-functional teams to define data models, taxonomies and integrations that unlock value for

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years experience in complex technical, data or AI products.
Strong grasp of data platforms, APIs and integrations.
Experience handling regulated data with governance, security and privacy.
Analytical thinker who uses data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
Commercial fluency with 0-1 product stages and GTM motions.

Responsibilities

Own Data Foundry vision, strategy and roadmap with clear bets.
Align Data Foundry with Beamery AI strategy and MCP/API channels.
Define internal vs customer-facing data capabilities and contracts.
Lead cross-functional delivery with data science, data engineering and integrations teams.
Communicate priorities and progress to peers and leadership.
Govern workforce data with privacy and enterprise compliance in mind.
