Job summary

Beam is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to translate our data into decisions that help frontline workers access the support they need. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to define the metrics behind each squad’s roadmap and to answer the hardest questions yourself.

You’ll build the data models that power the product, extending our BigQuery, dbt and Metabase setup so a metric is defined once, tested, documented, and trusted by everyone who uses it.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of analytics that changed product decisions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics stacks.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments preferred.
• Familiarity with applying AI to workflows and verifying outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the important questions by defining squad metrics and guiding data-driven decisions.
• Build the data models the product runs on using BigQuery, dbt and Metabase.
• Turn analysis into decisions; ensure metrics drive next steps and outcomes.
• Make data self-serve, including for AI, with clear definitions and accessible explanations.
