Job summary

Beam is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help bring AI solutions to frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. You will report to the co‑founder and collaborate with engineers and designers to solve operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care.

You will ship quickly, iterate with real users, and raise the bar for product quality and craft while shaping Beam's next AI capabilities and strategic direction.

• Able to operate across business areas including commercial projects and data-led products.

Responsibilities

• Ship quickly and iterate in fast cycles with real users.

• Engage directly with users by visiting offices to observe workflows.
• Turn AI model capabilities into practical features that reduce admin and improve services.
• Set clear outcomes and hold the team accountable for delivering them.
• Influence product strategy based on user, partner and market learnings.
