Job summary

10x Banking is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead two connected areas of our cloud-native core banking platform: foundational domain services and our migration tooling. You will set direction across multiple engineering teams, shaping architecture and sequencing and working directly with clients on complex modernisation programmes.

You will partner with engineering leaders, architects and client teams to deliver measurable value, drive discovery, and translate strategy into actionable

Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy for technically complex platform products.
• Proven track record delivering outcomes for B2B SaaS in fintech.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data models and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to drive discovery, measure outcomes and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, outcomes and roadmap for core domain services and migration tooling.
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture and client teams to align on interfaces and data contracts.
• Define end-to-end migration journeys including mapping, ingestion, validation and cutover.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements and deliverables for multiple teams.
• Represent product direction credibly to clients and executives.
