Job summary

Onmo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Core Systems area, owning the roadmap for essential internal banking capabilities including the ledger and payment infrastructure. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear products and collaborate with delivery squads, analysts and engineers to ensure value and reliability.

You will drive requirements, acceptance criteria, API documentation and stakeholder communications, while maintaining a strong domain knowledge of core banking

Qualifications

• Knowledge of core banking systems, payment infrastructure and transaction processing.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear, consumable products for internal users.
• Experience owning a product area and roadmaps with high autonomy.
• Proven track record in agile product management (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the roadmap for Core Systems aligned with business strategy and operations.
• Understand ledger, payments, and transaction processing components and teams.
• Gather requirements, write epics/stories, and prioritize work with minimal tech debt.
• Create clear feature specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document APIs and product capabilities for internal users across the business.
• Coordinate UAT, measure success criteria, and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with POs, Product Lead and Projects Lead for aligned delivery.
• Summon competitor insights to identify product enhancements.
