Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Account squad in London. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the largest fintech companies in the world. You'll lead and grow our Product team to provide millions of people with frictionless and borderless money management.

Your Mission

We are redefining what a current account is by putting customer choice at the heart of the experience. We don’t make money by lending out our customers' money. Our customers’ money is theirs, not a resource we can use to generate profit.

The Wise Account is our alternative to holding money in a bank. With our Assets product, we enable customers to decide how they want to hold their money, what it is invested in, and the returns it generates. We charge a fair, transparent fee before returning the rest to them. It’s simple; it is our customers' money, so they should benefit from the returns it makes.

We have launched this disruptive new product in the UK, Europe, Singapore, and Australia. We need someone to help us expand this to millions more around the world.

How you’ll contribute to Wise

• Create and launch a new version of the ‘current account’ enabling customers to earn returns while spending and sending without restrictions
• Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance, and Analysts to make informed decisions and ensure high standards of execution
• Report to the Assets product lead, who will help you find your path to a significant impact on the Wise mission

• Contribute directly to making money without borders the new normal, building solutions for instant, convenient, transparent, and potentially free money movement
• Build innovative, state-of-the-art products with a global impact
• Work autonomously to create your own vision and impact, gathering feedback from Wise colleagues but making your own decisions
• Inspire teams across the company with your ideas, knowledge, and proactive attitude

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Founder, building significant products
• Experience launching major B2C products, with insights from successes and failures
• Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding of user pain points and empathy
• Hands-on, willing to work across roles to ensure timely delivery
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills for quick, sharp decisions
• Technical understanding to facilitate decision-making with engineering teams
• Experience in fintech or finance is not required but advantageous; quick learner in any domain

Additional Information

Our Offer

Base salary: £88,000-£110,000 gross annually (depending on experience & interview outcomes)
