Job summary

Holland & Barret in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Product Manager on a 5-month fixed-term maternity cover to lead two key areas: Order Management Systems and Customer Self Serve. You will shape roadmaps, improve order routing and fulfilment, and drive customer-centric self-service journeys across My Account and support channels.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Holland & Barrett on a 5-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), helping us deliver smarter order fulfilment and simpler, more connected customer experiences.

As we accelerate our digital transformation, you'll lead two important product areas: Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Self Serve. You'll have the opportunity to simplify customer journeys, improve how orders are fulfilled and make it easier for customers to manage their experience.

What you'll be doing

• Own and shape the product roadmaps for OMS and Customer Self Serve.
• Improve order routing, fulfilment efficiency and the end-to-end customer experience.

What you'll bring
