Job summary

Holland & Barret is seeking a Senior Product Manager on a 5-month fixed-term maternity cover to lead OMS and Customer Self Serve initiatives in our digital transformation.

You will own roadmaps, improve order fulfilment and design intuitive self-service journeys across My Account, orders and support, collaborating with engineering and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital products and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Confidence collaborating with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile ways of working and product prioritisation.
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience in order management, supply chain or retail technology would be a bonus.

Ready to shape better digital experiences for millions of customers? We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Holland & Barrett on a 5-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), helping us deliver smarter order fulfilment and simpler, more connected customer experiences. As we accelerate our digital transformation, you'll lead two important product areas: Order Management Systems (OMS) and Customer Self Serve. You'll have the opportunity to simplify customer journeys, improve how orders are fulfilled and make it easier for customers to manage their experience.

What you'll be doing
