Holland & Barrett seeks a Lead Product Manager to own Personalisation and Loyalty on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. You will shape the H&BMe loyalty programme and drive connected experiences across website, app and stores.

You will lead two product areas, collaborate with technology, data, marketing and design teams, and leverage customer insights to improve engagement, conversions and retention.

Qualificações

• Experience leading customer-facing digital products and product strategy.
• Knowledge of personalisation, loyalty or digital customer experiences.
• Experience guiding teams through product discovery, delivery and optimisation.
• Confidence using data and customer research to inform decisions. An ability to bring people together, communicate clearly and balance customer and commercial needs.
