We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Growth Manager to join a fast-growing digital health platform. In this role, you will focus on improving user engagement, retention, and satisfaction by enhancing the patient journey through experimentation and insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, CRM, content, clinical, and design teams to drive growth initiatives that directly impact customer lifetime value. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare innovation, with a passion for using digital tools to improve lives.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and execute growth strategies to enhance patient engagement and retention
  • Develop experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on features
  • Collaborate with CRM, designers, clinicians, and product managers to align engagement strategies with user needs
  • Leverage data insights and behavioral science to inform product decisions
  • Contribute to the vision and quarterly OKRs for clinical pathway improvements
  • Ensure initiatives reflect evidence-based digital health practices and behavior change models
  • 5+ years of experience in product growth, preferably within a digital health or high-growth tech environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, KPI frameworks, and experimentation design
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Deep understanding of patient behavior and digital engagement strategies
  • Experience working with clinical or healthcare stakeholders is highly desirable
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced setting
