Job summary

Close Brothers Group is seeking a Senior Product Governance Analyst to support governance activities across savings products, ensuring regulatory compliance and robust controls. The role reports to the Savings Product Manager and focuses on assessing products against bank standards and customer needs.

The role involves maintaining governance documentation, supporting risk and compliance activities, and delivering governance updates to key forums.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the product governance framework for savings products, ensuring alignment with Consumer Duty, FCA regulations, and internal standards.
• Support regular product reviews, including fair value assessments and thematic reviews, with defined controls to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to embed governance requirements across savings products and prepare governance papers for ExCo and other forums.
