Close Brothers is seeking a governance professional to consolidate risk management and reporting across Retail. You will influence senior stakeholders and drive improvements within the Controls Office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in governance and risk management within financial services.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level governance reporting and MI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting risk committees or governance forums.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead the monthly governance reporting and risk packs for RRCC.
• Coordinate governance forums and risk forums (CBMF, CBPF).
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and reflects risk performance.
• Develop dashboards and MI for oversight and decision-making.
• Support internal audit, regulatory reviews and external assurance requests.
• Provide input into governance processes and control improvements.
