The Tibbetts Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Group Product Engineering Team Leader to oversee the Product Engineering team within the Technical Department across Tibbetts Group businesses.

You will lead engineering resources to deliver new products, manage existing product ranges, drive product improvements, and ensure products are designed, validated, and maintained to meet customer expectations, commercial objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering, technical or quality teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and structured problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead Product Engineering teams and drive KPIs (quality, approvals, delivery).
• Oversee New Product Introductions and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate ThinkTank development with Sales, Operations and customers.
• Manage supplier audits and supplier performance.
• Maintain product documentation, specifications and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across products.
