Zusammenfassung

TT Electronics is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead our Design and Test Engineering functions, shaping technology roadmaps and aligning resources with strategic priorities. You will drive innovation, coach teams, and ensure robust project management from concept to production.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Business Leadership to optimise development processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and a culture of safety. This role is based on-site in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing NPD processes in defence, aerospace, automotive or similar.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Driven to deliver results and exceed expectations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, influencing and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching and developing talent.
• Lead delivery of projects from concept to production with robust PM practices.
• Develop and execute technology roadmaps and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IRIS, VG, AS9100, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP).
• Establish and improve processes and champion innovation.
• Oversee governance including configuration management and change control.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, customers and partners as senior technical authority.
• Set KPIs and report status to site and group leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities.
• Lead by example with health and safety focus.
