Job summary
Bolt is seeking a Product Engineering Team Leader in Banbury, Oxfordshire to guide multiple site teams and drive NPI and product improvement projects.
You will lead quality, compliance (ISO 9001) and root-cause investigations, maintaining specifications and technical records while collaborating with customers and suppliers. A degree in engineering and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience leading engineering, technical or quality teams.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or a related field.
- Experience managing NPI projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance and ISO 9001.
- Experience using structured problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Product Engineering teams across multiple sites.
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and product improvement projects.
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Maintain product specifications, drawings and technical records.
- Manage supplier audits and support supplier performance improvements.
- Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver technical solutions.
