Senior Product Designer — End-to-End B2B Climate SaaS

Job summary

Trust in SODA, a Climate Tech innovator, is seeking a Product Designer to shape and scale a B2B SaaS platform. You will work with Product, Engineering and customers to tackle complex UX challenges, moving beyond simply redesigning screens to solving real user problems.

You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and research through prototyping, testing and working with Engineering to ship features. A strong focus on design systems and end-to-end ownership is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience.
• Strong UI and interaction design skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfortable working with Engineers and Product Managers.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, technical products or operational software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Design across web and mobile, including desktop apps and collaboration tools.
• Engage with users through research and interviews.
• Prototype and test ideas early with real user feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering throughout the build process.
• Develop and scale a design system with reusable components.
• Own problems end-to-end from discovery to launch.
