Job summary

Isometric is seeking a seasoned Design Leader to drive end-to-end product design during a pivotal growth phase. You’ll set the direction, raise the quality bar, and stay hands-on as we scale, with a preference for in-person collaboration three days a week in London.

You will design a climate‑focused product that speeds certification of physical infrastructure, influence branding, and mentor a small, fast design team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end-to-end product design with shipped outcomes.
• Experience building and leading fast, small design teams.
• Strong systems thinking and UX/UI craft; familiar with AI-enhanced design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design at a pivotal growth stage and set direction and quality standards.
• Design a complex climate-focused product that accelerates certification and improves audit workflows.
• Shape branding, decks, and social media beyond the product.
