Job summary

Propel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to rethink and redesign a platform, shaping both the product experience and a distinctive visual identity.

You will own an end-to-end product flow, tackle complex problems, and push beyond generic SaaS patterns to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences.

Experience in fintech, healthtech, booking platforms or other complex industries would be particularly interesting.

I’m looking for a Senior Product Designer who can do more than make another polished SaaS product look like every other SaaS product.

This is a chance to help rethink and redesign a platform, shaping both the product experience and a distinctive visual identity.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Bring strong UI craft and product thinking
• Tackle complex problems and ambiguous requirements
• Own an end-to-end product flow, from problem through to execution
• Challenge conventional SaaS patterns and bring fresh ideas and perspectives
• Quickly understand complex information and turn it into simple, intuitive experiences
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency, startup or product environment

Experience in areas such as fintech, healthtech, booking platforms or other complex industries would be particularly interesting.

What we don’t want is a portfolio full of predictable onboarding flows and generic SaaS dashboards.

We want to see how you think — the difficult problems you’ve solved, the decisions you’ve made, and how you’ve turned complexity into genuinely great user experiences.
