Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Experience Design) for the JPMM Platform team within Digital Markets (CIB). You will shape end-to-end experiences for a high-impact platform spanning markets content, tools, and workflows.

The role blends visual/UI craft with interaction design and systems thinking to turn data-heavy requirements into clear, trustworthy interfaces. You will partner with Product and Engineering across Markets to deliver accessible experiences at scale, setting

Qualifications

5+ years of product/UX design experience delivering digital products and services
Strong visual/UI design capabilities: composition, typography, spacing, color, UI states, interaction details
Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows and/or data-intensive experiences
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), plus collaboration with engineers
Experienced in scaled Agile / enterprise environments, maintaining quality and consistency
Demonstrated experience maintaining design systems and documenting usage
Understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

Design elegant, modern user experiences for web and mobile across the JPMM platform, maintaining a high bar for user experience
Translate complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications
Design AI-enabled experiences that help users understand, trust, and act on model-driven outputs
Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to define how experiences and AI outputs are presented in end-to-end workflows
Use AI thoughtfully within your design workflow to accelerate exploration and iteration with governance in regulated environments
Drive platform-wide consistency through reusable patterns and design-system-first execution
Collaborate across teams to align experiences end-to-end and identify UX debt
Work with Research to conduct usability testing and incorporate qualitative + quantitative inputs
Ensure inclusive, accessible experiences by applying accessibility standards
