Qualifications

• Portfolio included in your resume.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience delivering digital products end-to-end in product design or experience design.
• Experience designing in financial services or other regulated, data-dense industries.
• Experience designing for complex, authenticated digital environments (secure portals, dashboards, login-protected).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience planning and conducting usability testing and translating insights into design improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute UX and UI design for advisor-facing digital products, simplifying complex workflows.
• Create high-quality design deliverables (flows, wireframes, prototypes, specs) with attention to craft.
• Apply design systems and contribute to system improvements for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to align outcomes with user needs and business goals.
• Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders and leaders.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across experiences and touchpoints.
• Incorporate AI trends and industry developments to keep experiences modern.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights.
