Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks an experienced Experience Design Vice President to shape user experience across products and services. Lead strategic design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and champion accessibility while aligning with business goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end design programs, and leverage research insights to create transformative, user-centered experiences across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Experience building and scaling design systems / component libraries with engineering.
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design/research strategies aligning with user needs.
• Diagram service flows and wireframes; lead end-to-end design initiatives.
• Drive standard UX components for platform consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure usability and design compliance.
• Gather feedback from user research and data insights to inform decisions.
