Job summary

JPMorganChase in London seeks an experienced UX Designer to craft modern web and mobile experiences across the JPMM platform, translating complex requirements into clear flows, wireframes, and production-ready UI specifications.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, design AI-enabled experiences, ensure accessibility, and help standardize patterns across teams for a consistent, scalable user experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or UX design experience delivering digital products.
• Strong visual and UI design skills across typography, color, spacing, and states.
• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows or data-intensive experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and production-ready UI specs.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Design modern user experiences for web and mobile across the JPMM platform.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specs.
• Design AI-enabled experiences to help users understand, trust, and act on outputs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to define experiences in workflows.
• Apply accessibility standards to ensure inclusive experiences.
• Contribute patterns and guidance to improve platform consistency.
• Collaborate to identify UX debt and usability improvements.
• Work with Research to incorporate user testing and insights.
