Job summary

Beam is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to translate data into decisions that help frontline workers and the people they support. You’ll own metrics, build scalable data models, and enable self-serve analytics for teams, including AI-enabled workflows.

You will collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to drive product decisions, implement robust data definitions, and ensure solutions are trusted and actionable across Beam.

Qualifications

• Track record of analysis that changed product decisions.
• Hands-on analytics from tracking to insight using SQL and BigQuery/dbt/Metabase.
• Fluency with AI in your workflow.
• Strong conviction about Beam's mission.

Responsibilities

• Owning the important questions - define metrics with PMs/engineers and answer the hardest questions yourself.
• Building the data models everything else runs on - extend BigQuery/dbt/Metabase setup and ensure metrics are defined, tested, documented, trusted.
• Turning analysis into decisions - the decision is made or the next step is clear, not just dashboards.
• Making data self-serve, including for AI - build models, definitions and context for trustworthy answers in plain language.
