Job summary

Beam is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to translate data into decisions that help frontline workers access the support they need.

You’ll own the important questions, build data models on BigQuery, dbt and Metabase, and turn analysis into decisions that move metrics. You’ll enable self-serve analytics across teams, including AI-powered workflows, with a mission to impact real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• Track record of analyses that changed product decisions.
• Strong SQL and analytics across the stack.
• Experience with BigQuery, dbt and Metabase preferred.
• Fluency with AI-enabled workflows in your work.

Responsibilities

• Own the important questions - define metrics behind squads’ roadmaps and drive insights.
• Build data models on BigQuery, dbt and Metabase to ensure single, trusted metrics.
• Turn analysis into decisions; effect on metrics and next steps rather than dashboards.
• Make data self-serve for teams, including AI-enabled workflows.
