The Lead Product Engineer will code, set technical direction, and manage a small product team across infrastructure, backend, and frontend. You’ll work with Product and GTM to shape features and leverage cutting-edge AI tooling to empower users.

Qualifications

• Lead Engineer with coding and people management.
• Experience across infrastructure, backend and frontend stacks.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, PostgreSQL on GCP.
• Client-side React + TypeScript with a shadcn design system.
• Experience with OpenAI & Claude for LLM interfacing.
• Startup experience in fast-growth, customer-focused companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team and ship code to production daily.
• Drive technical direction and project planning.
• Build internal tools to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and GTM to define new features.
• Experiment with AI tooling to empower users.
• Explore LLM optimisations across systems.
