The Producer is a key role within the StoryWorks content production team and reports into the Executive Producer as part of our Creative team.
The role, on a day-to-day basis, will work closely with the wider Creative, Strategy, Sales and Project Management teams across a multitude of projects from pitch to delivery. Creative drive, ability and input is essential in this role in supporting the wider team and business needs. The role is required to research, creatively develop, produce and deliver video, audio and other original AV content at varying scales using in-house capabilities and by working closely with external production partners across the globe.
Experience in international production is desirable as this is likely to be a requirement should any project require travel. Strong experience in commissioning and managing external production partners, companies and individuals at varying scales and requirements is essential. The role will be a key collaborative input with regional Ad Sales teams as part of the pre-sale and pitch process. The Producer is a key client-facing role, so strong, effective and reliable communication skills are essential.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + London Weighting (£5,319) depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Location: Office Base is London: This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.
