Reporting into the Head of Creative Services, the Midweight Producer will oversee the execution of multiple creative projects, ensuring alignment with our brand's vision and strategy. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a positive attitude to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Your Mission:

  1. Manage and lead the production of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and high quality.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align project objectives and creative direction.
  3. Translate the brand's vision into actionable plans, maintaining a focus on creativity and innovation.
  4. Allocate resources efficiently, including talent, budgets, and timelines.
  5. Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and provide recommendations to minimize disruptions.
  6. Evaluate and improve production workflows and tools for better efficiency and collaboration.
  7. Monitor project budgets, spending, and report financials to stakeholders.
  8. Mentor junior team members and foster a positive work environment.

Your Talent:

  1. Experience as a Midweight Producer or similar in luxury fashion, with a successful track record.
  2. Strong project management skills, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presentation.
  4. Ability to align creative output with brand vision and trends.

Systems and Essentials
