Job description

The 3-Month fixed-term contract Integrated Producer role involves project planning, scope creation, resource planning, deadline setting, and monitoring project progress. Working across digital, solutions, and experiences, this role ensures the timely delivery of Grand Visual’s projects within budget and maintaining quality standards.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director and supported by a project team, the Integrated Producer will identify potential project issues with stakeholders, proposing creative and systematic solutions for digital and traditional projects. The role requires working within the schedule set by the Studio Manager, optimizing team utilization.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing multiple integrated campaigns in a Creative and Production Agency, with expertise in interactive, dynamic digital projects, and 3D moving image production.
  • Experience managing 3rd-party production, including experiential, special build, and mural projects.
  • Successful track record executing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload, prioritize effectively, plan ahead, and oversee multiple tasks.
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and modify plans accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with a broad range of people, from senior to junior staff, and build effective relationships.
  • Commitment to personal career development and skill enhancement.
  • Ability to learn from experience and support team growth.
  • Capability to juggle priorities and meet tight, changing deadlines.
