Lead Producer- Campaigns and Events (12-months FTC), Lead Producer, éShop Content Services

DESCRIPTION

éShop Content Services is seeking a Events and Campaign Producer to join our fast-paced London studio. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, a strong creative vision, and the ability to drive both event and campaign production from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in video production, virtual production, AI, digital content, and event management, with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Campaign & Content Production

1. Oversee all operational aspects of creative projects from inception to final delivery, including briefs, scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking, post-production, and reporting.
2. Lead and manage the end-to-end production of digital marketing campaigns, video content, and other creative assets across mobile, web, and social media platforms.
3. Proactively identify and resolve challenges in production workflows to ensure seamless execution.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on creative objectives, legal guidelines, and deliverables.
5. Provide strategic guidance on best practices for creative execution, asset management, and talent resourcing.

Event Production & Management

1. Lead the planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up for multiple large-scale events, ensuring smooth logistics, onsite execution, and follow-up reporting.
2. Develop project plans, set clear timelines, and track deliverables to meet event objectives.
3. Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party event agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of events.
4. Manage event communications, including stakeholder briefings, internal reports, and external messaging.
5. Oversee event technology, media playback, presentation support, and venue coordination.
6. Collect, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to drive improvements YoY.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5+ years of experience in campaign production, event production, or project management within a creative studio, agency, or in-house marketing team.
2. Proven expertise in producing luxury and premium video content, with an understanding of virtual production, digital content creation, and post-production workflows.
3. Strong background in event planning and execution, managing multiple events and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
4. Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
5. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders and align teams towards common goals.
6. Experience managing third-party vendors, agencies, and technical partners to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Proficiency in event and content production tools, including scheduling software, budgeting tools, and digital asset management platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant design and video editing tools.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
3. Experience managing large-scale event logistics, including working with facility partners, security, catering, and venue operations.
4. Ability to manage high volumes of visual assets efficiently, ensuring quality and consistency.
