Senior Procurement Manager – Justice Sector

Are you a strategic thinking construction Senior Procurement Manager who wants to work on the biggest and best projects? Then we have the opportunity for you in our justice sector.
The position requires excellent knowledge of sub-contract experience, including PQQ, tendering, selection, and award. Utilising NEC and JCT type templates and being able to scope out these sub-contract packages is essential.

With a blank canvas, you will be instrumental in developing procurement strategies, policies, and processes. You will draw on your supply chain management skills to enhance collaboration and delivery.
As a Procurement Manager, you will work on the procurement strategy with the Senior Procurement Manager. You will be responsible for delivering project procurement objectives and requirements. Essential skills and experience:
Supply chain planning
Experience of CIPS or working towards CIPS is desirable (or chartership in another discipline such as CIOB or RICS). Relevant in-job experience will also be considered. Candidates should be able to access project offices in Dartford or Manchester.
Due to project sensitivity, security screening will be conducted.
