Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead procurement activities across the full lifecycle, including sourcing and mobilisation.
• Manage tender documentation, bid evaluations and supplier recommendations.
• Apply procurement expertise to improve value for money and manage risk.
• Support contract mobilisation and ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and commercial outcomes.
• Provide contractual and commercial risk guidance using NEC/JCT/FIDIC forms.
• Navigate public procurement requirements and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships.
• Promote best practice and continuous capability development within the team.
