Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering procurement services across major programmes or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in sectors such as utilities, transport, energy, defence or other complex project environments.
• Proven track record in developing procurement strategies, managing tendering processes and end-to-end procurement activities.
• Experience in contract mobilisation, supplier relationship management and contract performance improvement.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and the Procurement Act 2023.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements.
• Lead end-to-end procurement across the full lifecycle from defining requirements to mobilisation.
• Manage sourcing exercises, tender documentation, bid evaluations and supplier recommendations.
• Apply procurement and commercial expertise to improve value for money and manage risk.
• Support contract mobilisation, supplier relationship management and contract performance improvement.
• Improve supplier performance and deliver sustainable commercial benefits for clients.
• Navigate NEC, JCT, FIDIC and other contract forms to identify commercial risks.
• Support clients in public sector procurement requirements and regulatory changes.
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical procurement solutions.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to bids and proposals to grow client relationships.
