Dunelm, the UK's leading homewares retailer, is looking for a Process Improvement Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation. You will identify and shape value-driven initiatives, embed system thinking, and deliver end-to-end improvements that reduce costs and boost productivity.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and collaboration with Executive sponsors. You will work in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office or on-site, coordinating cross-functional teams to

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience leading significant cost-out and operational improvement programmes with measurable benefits.
• Strong application of system thinking in enterprise operating models and end-to-end processes.
• Proven track record delivering business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar business areas and co-design practicable solutions with functional experts.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide process improvement opportunities delivering cost reduction and productivity gains.
• Build and realise robust value cases with clearly defined benefits.
• Design and deliver cross-functional solutions addressing root causes across end-to-end processes.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team and external partners.
• Provide recommendations to executives on trade-offs between value, risk and delivery complexity.
