Qualifications

• Proven line management experience, delivering through others.
• Commercially minded with a drive to growth and profitability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with Exec and DL Leadership Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Finance Managers and coach the broader team.
• Own end-to-end sales, margin and stock from a finance perspective.
• Own budgeting and forecasting cycles across categories and channels.
• Provide decision support and financial appraisal for projects.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting and insights to inform trading.
