Job summary

ConocoPhillips Norsea Terminal in Teesside seeks an experienced Process Safety professional to lead risk management, COMAH compliance, and safety governance. You will drive investigations, audits, and KPI development across the HSEQ function, collaborating with global teams and site operations.

The role emphasizes expertise in process safety engineering, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement to protect people, assets and the environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety, Mechanical or Process Engineering is required.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards is expected.
• IChemE PPSE accreditation or progression is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Process Safety Management initiatives and audits.
• Manage COMAH safety reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Support safety investigations and root cause analysis across operations.
• Develop and monitor Process Safety KPIs and reporting.
