The ConocoPhillips Norsea Terminal, located in Teesside at the mouth of the river Tees, is a crude oil reception, processing, storage, and trans-shipment installation. The terminal also fractionates natural gas liquids into ethane, propane, and butane.

Working within the HSEQ team and reporting to the HSEQ Manager, the role will lead Process Safety Management and support Operating Integrity and Learning Organisation programmes, helping to set priorities, drive performance improvements and strengthen process safety across the business.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced process safety professional with strong technical knowledge, sound understanding of COMAH and regulated operations, and the confidence to act as a trusted subject matter expert. They will lead initiatives, support audits and investigations, and work collaboratively across teams to strengthen process safety performance and operating integrity.
