• Develop and maintain performance monitoring procedures, systems, and reporting processes.
• Monitor contract and service performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key information.
• Support the management and monitoring of budgets, expenditure and financial processes.
• Gather, analyse, and present financial and operational information to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare reports, briefings, benchmarking information, and performance data for diverse audiences.
• Support contract governance activities including reviews, health checks, risk management and performance meetings.
• Work closely with technical, operational and strategic contract management teams.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and FOI requests.
• Maintain systems and processes that support service delivery and contractual compliance.
• Assist with non-core works and associated programmes.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and new processes.
