Senior Process Engineer

Band/Hierarchy/Job Group: Technologies (PSA)

Job Overview: The Senior Process Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that the company’s proposals and designs are technically feasible. The role includes process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design: Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification. Assist in PSA plant design. Provide technical documentation such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams. Conduct kinetic and isotherm modeling for process simulations. Utilize ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA. Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks. Ensure ATEX compliance. Analyze data for plant optimization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Develop proposals and address customer requirements.
• Client Interaction: Maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.

Education, Experience & Skills:

• Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of PSA/process systems, gas separation, and carbon capture technologies.
• Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA.
• Experience with CFD simulation in SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of ATEX standards for hazardous environments.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
