Senior Process Engineer

Job Overview: The Senior Process Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring that the company’s proposals and designs are technically feasible. The role involves process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Design: Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification. Assist in designing PSA plants. Provide technical documents such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams. Conduct process simulations and analyses using ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA. Support CFD simulations with SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with ATEX standards. Analyze data for plant optimization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop technical proposals. Address customer requirements and ensure standards compliance.
2. Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients. Understand and meet client needs with tailored solutions.
3. Education, Experience & Skills: Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering. Deep understanding of PSA/process systems, gas separation, and carbon capture technologies. Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA, and CFD with SolidWorks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot PSA systems.
