Job Description:

Senior Process Engineer

Overview: The Senior Process Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s proposals and designs are technically feasible. The role involves process design for PSA plants in oil and gas, refining, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Design: Lead development and optimization of PSA systems for hydrogen purification, carbon capture, and gas purification. Assist in designing PSA plants. Provide technical documents such as P&IDs, BOMs, PFDs, and Process Block Diagrams. Conduct process simulations using ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, and VBA. Perform CFD simulations with SolidWorks. Ensure compliance with ATEX standards. Analyze data for plant optimization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Develop technical proposals. Address customer-specific requirements.
  2. Client Interaction: Maintain and build relationships with clients. Understand and meet client needs.
  3. Education, Experience & Skills: Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering. In-depth knowledge of PSA/process systems and gas separation technologies. Proficiency in ASPEN Adsorption, HYSYS, MATLAB, VBA. Experience with CFD in SolidWorks. Knowledge of ATEX standards. Strong communication and attention to detail.
