Bespak is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to provide technical leadership for the design, optimisation, validation and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. You’ll set process engineering standards to ensure safe, reliable and sustainable manufacture, driving efficiency, yield and quality.

You’ll lead process engineering across capital projects, development, scale-up and technology transfer, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and acting as SME

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally pharmaceutical.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, process validation and process safety.
• Experience leading capital projects and managing technical deliverables and external resources.
• Demonstrated ability to lead investigations into process deviations and manufacturing issues.
• Leadership, mentoring, and a commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for design, optimisation, validation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Set process engineering standards enabling safe, reliable and sustainable manufacture.
• Lead investigations into deviations and manufacturing issues with root-cause analysis.
• Oversee process engineering across capital projects, process development, scale-up and technology transfer.
• Act as SME in process safety, supporting HAZOP, LOPA and FMEA activities.
