About The Role

Senior Process Engineer

Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire CW4 8BE

About the role: The Senior Process Engineer will lead the design, optimisation, validation and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring they consistently deliver high-quality products in line with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements. The role will work collaboratively across technical and operational teams to develop robust, efficient and compliant processes, while driving improvements in manufacturing performance and supporting the successful introduction and lifecycle management of products.

As a technical leader, the Senior Process Engineer will provide leadership, mentoring and direction on process engineering standards and best practice. The role will ensure that manufacturing systems and processes meet the highest Health and Safety expectations, with a strong focus on process safety, documented risk evaluation and effective risk mitigation. This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to operational excellence, regulatory compliance and a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.
