Bespak is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimise, validate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes ensuring safe, efficient production. You will monitor performance, drive yield and quality improvements, and troubleshoot issues in a GMP environment.

Collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, QA/QC, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain is essential, with involvement in technology transfer, scale-up, validation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Chemical or Process Engineering degree required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably pharma.
• Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements, process validation and process safety.
• Experience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimise, validate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Monitor process performance and implement yield, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support process design, technology transfer, scale-up, commissioning, qualification and validation.
